Brandon Negron brings 25 years of property management experience — including VP of Property Management and Director roles — straight into the classroom. For two decades he has taught at apartment associations across the country, from Raleigh to Orlando to Atlanta, earning a reputation for practical, high-energy sessions built for working teams. Off the clock, he leads from the sidelines as General Manager and Head Coach of the Colorado Spartans arena football team.
