BCN Sports Group has spent nearly a decade building championship programs. Along the way, we learned that the biggest limiting factor in arena football isn't talent — it's coaching. There simply aren't enough trained, certified coaches who understand the indoor game at a high level.
The BCN Coaching Academy was built to fix that. We take coaches at every stage of their career and give them the knowledge, tools, and certification to compete and win at the highest levels of arena football.

Two-Time National Arena League Coach of the Year
Brandon Negron is one of the most decorated coaches in arena football history — earning National Arena League Coach of the Year honors twice: first as an assistant coach, then again as a Head Coach. He is the only coach in NAL history to win the award at both levels.
Negron brings his championship pedigree directly into the BCN Academy classroom. His curriculum is built from real game experience — the schemes, adjustments, and leadership principles that produced winning programs at every stop in his career.
